Yes. Every kitchen is fitted with premium Hettich soft-close hinges and drawer systems as standard.
All Nova Kitchen Company cabinets are supplied fully built and rigid, using a durable glue and dowel construction — with no visible metal fixings. Doors and drawer fronts arrive pre-fitted for your convenience.
Extra-large cabinets (such as larder units wider than 600mm) are supplied flat-pack for easier access on delivery.
Yes. After receiving your design and quotation, you can request sample materials:
• Laminate and most Quartz worktops: Free of charge
• Door colour samples: £30 refundable charge (deducted from your final order)
• Full-size door samples: £50–£100 (made to order in your chosen style and colour)
Most customers find that colour samples are sufficient to choose their final kitchen.
Yes — every Nova Kitchen Company kitchen is made to measure. We can manufacture cabinets and doors to your exact height, width, or depth requirements. In most cases, bespoke sizes are only used where necessary, with standard sizes making up the majority of your design.
Our cabinets come with a lifetime guarantee, and all doors, handles, and related items are covered for 10 years.
Yes. Every base cabinet includes one adjustable shelf, wall cabinets include two, and tall wall cabinets include three adjustable shelves.
We offer free delivery across mainland UK (excluding Highlands, Islands, and Northern Ireland) on orders over £1,500. Deliveries north of Glasgow may incur a small charge.
We work closely with you throughout the design process to ensure your kitchen is perfect before production begins.
Because each kitchen is made to measure, changes can’t be made to individual items once production has started. However, you can add extra items later — these will be delivered separately.
If you order cabinets, doors, panels, and laminate worktops, your kitchen will arrive as one delivery.
Additional items (such as sinks, taps, or appliances) may arrive separately, usually on the same day via trusted couriers between 8am and 6pm.
No. We’ll provide an estimated timescale for your chosen kitchen style. Once your order is confirmed, we’ll check availability and arrange a convenient delivery date with you.
Yes, collection can be arranged for most orders (excluding sinks and taps, which are shipped directly to you). Collection is from our factory near Hixon, Staffordshire.
No — you’re welcome to source your own. However, we offer a high-quality range of laminate and quartz worktops, allowing us to provide a complete service for your new kitchen.
We will ask you for a date in which the base cabinets and sink (if undermount) will be fully fitted. It is essential that the site is prepared according to our template and installation checklist. A helpful video is available here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PSq6mXCUfsk
The Quartz would normally be arranged to be templated the day after this (you or your fitter will need to be present). The installation is then booked for one week later (again, you or your fitter will need to be present). This installation date can be flexible if required, for example if you have other trades booked in or if the fitter is still scheduled to be fitting.
Worktop warranty depends on the material chosen:
• Laminate worktops: 10 years (when fitted with EGGERSeal adhesive and following the official EGGER guide)
• Quartz worktops: 10 years
Once your order is placed, we’ll send fitting guides for laminate worktops, sinks, and taps.
Our kitchens are designed to make installation straightforward for professional fitters — and even confident DIYers. However, we always recommend using a qualified kitchen installer.
If needed, our team can provide general advice by phone, though we can’t give step-by-step fitting instructions.
We currently only provide installation for quartz worktops. All other components are supplied ready to fit by your installer.
Your fitter should supply general sundries such as screws, fixings, and sealants.
