Terms & Conditions of Use – Nova Kitchen Company Online Design Planner

By using and submitting a design through the Nova Kitchen Company Online Design Planner (“the Planner”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Purpose of the Planner

The Nova Kitchen Company Online Design Planner is a free tool designed to help homeowners in mainland UK visualise and price their kitchen design. You can create a basic layout, which our team may enhance and use to produce professional visuals and a supply-only kitchen quotation.

The Planner is intended for private homeowners only. It is not designed for trade users, installers, or resellers using the service on behalf of their customers.

2. Eligibility

• The Planner is available only to private individuals residing in mainland UK (excluding Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, Channel Islands, and Scottish islands).
• Each customer is entitled to one free design and quotation per email address and/or household address .
• Submissions from trade or commercial users may be declined at Nova Kitchen Company’s discretion.

3. Free Design & Revisions

• Upon receiving your Planner submission, Nova Kitchen Company will endeavour to produce and send you an enhanced kitchen design, high-resolution images, and a supply-only quotation .
• You will then have the opportunity to request up to two free design revisions , submitted via a revision request form provided with your initial design and quotation.
• Revisions submitted outside this process, or excessive or unclear requests, may not be processed or may incur a charge at Nova’s discretion.
• Revision turnaround times may vary depending on demand.

4. Design Accuracy and Representation

• The Planner relies entirely on the room measurements and information you provide . Nova Kitchen Company cannot accept responsibility for errors or inaccuracies in your submitted data.
• The enhanced images produced are representative visualisations only . They may include decorative or illustrative elements (e.g. sockets, lighting, furniture, or décor) that are not included in your quotation .
• All designs are intended for visual and quotation purposes only and should not be used for installation or construction.

5. Delivery Timeframes

• Nova Kitchen Company will endeavour to send your design and quotation within 24–48 hours of submission.
• This is an estimated timeframe only, and actual turnaround may vary depending on design complexity, workload, or technical issues.
• While we aim to provide a response to all submissions, we cannot guarantee delivery of a design or quotation in every case. System errors, incomplete submissions, or high demand may occasionally prevent a response being sent.
6. No Contractual Obligation

By using the Planner, you acknowledge that Nova Kitchen Company provides this service at its sole discretion and free of charge . Submission of a design does not create a contract or obligation for Nova Kitchen Company to supply designs, quotations, or products.
We reserve the right to decline, delay, or withdraw the offer of a free design service at any time.

7. Use of Contact Information

By submitting your design, you agree that Nova Kitchen Company may:

• Contact you by email to provide your visuals, quotation, and related documents; and
• Send a limited number of follow-up emails regarding your kitchen project or related offers.

Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by emailing hello@uknewkitchens.co.uk with UNSUBSCRIBE in the subject.

8. Intellectual Property

All enhanced design images, plans, and renderings created by Nova Kitchen Company remain the intellectual property of Nova Kitchen Company .
They are provided for your personal use only and must not be shared, reproduced, altered, or used commercially without written consent.

9. Fair Use

To ensure fair use of our free service:

• Each user may submit one free design request and receive up to two free revisions per project.
• Multiple or repeat submissions under different names or addresses may be declined.
• Nova Kitchen Company reserves the right to restrict access to the Planner or refuse service where misuse is suspected.

10. Liability

Nova Kitchen Company accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, or cost arising from:

• Incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the user;
• Reliance on representative images or quotations; or
• Use of the design for installation purposes without professional verification.

All measurements and specifications must be confirmed by a qualified installer before placing an order.

11. Acceptance

By ticking the acceptance box and submitting your design, you confirm that you:

• Have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions;
• Understand that the Planner is a free, optional service offered without obligation; and
• Accept that the design and quotation are for visual and supply-only purposes.
